For standard SKUs — wheel nuts, wheel bolts, hub bolts, axle nuts — expect pricing and lead time within one working day. For custom sizes or finishes that need a drawing review, allow 2–3 working days; we'll share a feasibility note before quoting.
We currently supply across India only — PAN-India dispatch by road from our Ludhiana plant. Major hubs like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Ahmedabad typically receive consignments within 3–7 working days, depending on order size and transporter.
MOQ depends on the part. Standard threads and grades typically start around 5,000 pieces. Custom-forged or specially-finished parts have higher MOQs — exact numbers are confirmed with the quotation. For dealers and workshops, mixed-SKU consolidated dispatch can be arranged.
Yes. Sample lead time is typically 5–7 working days for standard SKUs and 10–14 days for custom parts. Sample charges, where applicable, are adjusted against the first bulk PO.

For first orders, we usually work on advance against proforma invoice. For repeat OEM and dealer accounts, credit terms can be agreed in writing once volumes and frequency are established. GST-compliant invoicing and e-way bills are issued for every dispatch.
Absolutely. We welcome OEM and dealer visits at our Ludhiana facility — share a date window and headcount through the enquiry form and our team will confirm logistics, host engineer and a guided walk-through of the production line, QA bench and dispatch area.
